How To Order
Ordering on our website is quick, safe and easy. First, select the main category you wish to browse from teh navigation bar on the left. Some examples of main categories are "Mobile Phones", "PDA's & Handhelds", "Mobile Accessories", "Flash Memory" etc.
Once you have selected a main category, you will be presented with a series of sub-categories. Click on the appropriate sub category. Continue navigating this way and eventually you will be presented with all the products available for the category you have selected. To obtain more information about a particular product, click on the product's image or click on "see details".
When you wish to add something into your virtual shopping cart, simply select the quantity you desire from the drop down list and then click on "Add to cart". You will then be forwarded to the entire contents of your shopping cart. All the necessary charges including freight will clearly be shown on this page. If you have a discount coupon you wish to redeem, please enter this in the appropriate field (located at the bottom). You may also make any changes to your order by changing the quantities and clicking on "Update".
Once you are finished with your order and wish to proceed, click on "Checkout". You will be presented with a screen to fill out your shipping and billing details. Fields with red asterisks means that this is a compulsary field and must be filled out. Once you are done, click "submit".
You will then need to select the payment method you wish to use to pay for this order. Click "Continue" when you are done. You will then be presented with the next screen. If you are paying with a credit card, fill in your credit card details in the appropriate fields and check that everything is correct. Once you have confirmed everything, click on "Submit" ONCE. Clicking on this multiple times may lead to your credit card being charged more than once.
A final confirmation/thank you page will then be shown. If you paid via credit card, you don't need to do anything else and you're done. For other forms of payment (such as direct deposits, money order, bank cheque, etc.) you will need to follow the payment instructions at the top of the final confirmation page. An email confirmation will also be sent to your nominated email address you have entered previously.
Now you're done and we will ship your order to your door!
