Nissan Consult Interface Cable
If you’re like me, you like to tinker with your toys yourself. Cars are no exception! The Nissan consult interface cable allows you to diagnose engine/sensor problems to fix yourself. Simply plug in the nissan consult connector into the interface port located in the footwell area near the fusebox and the other RS232 end into your PC. With a software such as “Nissan Data Scan”, you have a fully featured diagnostic tool similar to those used in professional workshops to trouble shoot engine faults and clear error codes. Interface cable length is 1.2m
Lets face it, cars are complex equipment and the use of the Nissan consult cable along with software such as Nissan Data Scan, you can monitor all the on board sensors (O2, Air flow, battery, throttle, etc) on your nissan vehicle to troubleshoot problems and save hours of your time.
The nissan consult cable will only work with the original Nissan ECUs. It will not work with complete replacement ECUs such as Power FC. Chipped or piggyback ECU systems are fine as long as it is a Nissan ECU.
