- Before returning a product to us, please obtain a RMA number from us by contacting: and we will provide further instructions on how to return the item. All goods returned without a RMA number will be shipped back to the sender at their expense.
- All goods shipped back to us will need to well packed, and protected and via a trackable carrier such as AAE, Star Track, Express Post Platinum or Registered Post. All freight charges must be fully paid by the sender.
- All incorrect purchases must be returned to us within 7 days. Incorrect purchases may incur a re-stocking fee. If the goods purchased were incorrect, it must be in brand new condition, unopened with all user manuals and original accessories and all seals have to be intact. - Any discounts or coupon codes will also be deducted from the total amount refunded.
If a product is faulty, it may be returned directly to us for an exchange or it may require you to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty issues. Please check with the warrany card (if available) or contact us for more infomration.
If a product is returned and found not to be faulty, it will be returned back to the sender at the customer's expense.
Refunds will usually be processed by the same way the payment was made. If a credit card is used, the refund for the purchase price will be credited back to the credit card used for the original purchase. Direct deposits and cheques may also be used for refunds.
